Terms of Service.
1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the services provided by Bespoke by Briony ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the client ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Booking & Payments
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received by us. This deposit covers initial design work, consultations, and secures your event date in our calendar.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total booking value is due the day before your scheduled event date. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or setup of any display until full payment has been received.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, the full payment (100%) remains due and non-refundable, as materials will have been ordered and prepared, and the date secured.
Amendments: Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to accommodate changes, this may be subject to additional charges or limitations based on availability and material requirements.
3. Display Care & Responsibility
Our Responsibility: Bespoke by Briony takes great care in designing, creating, and installing your balloon and prop display to the highest standards.
Client Responsibility Post-Delivery/Setup: Once the display has been delivered, installed, or collected by you, responsibility for its condition and integrity transfers to you. Balloons are sensitive and can be affected by various environmental factors. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, deflation, or issues with the display after it has left our care. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
Prop Hire: For any props hired, you will be responsible for their safe return in the condition they were provided. Any damage or loss will be subject to repair or replacement costs. A separate hire agreement for props may be issued for larger items.
4. Aftercare Instructions for Balloon Displays To help prolong the life and appearance of your balloon display, please adhere to the following aftercare advice:
Temperature: Store your balloons indoors at room temperature. Extreme heat or cold can cause balloons to expand, contract, or pop.
Outdoor Storage: Do not store balloon displays outdoors or leave them exposed to outdoor elements for extended periods.
Sharp Objects & Pets: Keep balloons away from sharp objects (e.g., rough surfaces, sharp corners, jewellery) and pets, as these can easily pop balloons.
Direct Sunlight: Keep balloons out of direct sunlight. Sunlight can cause balloons to oxidise (become cloudy) and greatly reduce their float time or cause them to pop.
Secure Displays: Ensure balloons are secured and not allowed to fly away, especially if they are helium-filled.
5. General We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The T&Cs in force at the time of your booking will apply.
